Biral Seva Sadan started its journey of service in 2011 at Belepole, Howrah with one goal: to be a centre of dependable and dignified care that ordinary families could afford. It started as a 10-beded nursing home with a single ambulance. Today it is a 50 bedded NABH Certified centre providing a 360 degree umbrella of health care to thousands of families across the district and beyond.
We focus on developing uniquely individualised patient specific multidisciplinary care plans that are pocket friendly and treat everyone the way we would want our own family treated.
This evolution has added 24×7 ambulance, pharmacy, Kalpana mental wellness centre, the district’s first 96-slice CT scanner and the city’s largest modular operating theatre to our expanding clinical repertoire.

Dear Well-Wishers,
The journey of Biral Seva Sadan, Howrah, is a story of growth built on service, dedication and trust.
We began our journey in 2011 with just 10 beds, with a simple vision—to provide accessible, compassionate and dependable healthcare to the people of Howrah and beyond. Over the years, with the support of our doctors, team members, patients and community, that small beginning has steadily grown.
Today, in 2026, Biral Seva Sadan has grown into a 50-bed healthcare institution, with an expanding clinical repertoire, strengthened infrastructure, modern medical facilities and a wider range of services.
While our capabilities have evolved, the principle at the heart of our organisation remains unchanged: every patient deserves care with dignity, compassion and responsibility.
This journey would not have been possible without our doctors, whose knowledge, commitment and clinical leadership have guided us through the years. I extend my sincere gratitude to each of them for their continued association and service.
I am equally grateful to our nurses, technicians, administrative personnel, support team and every member of the Biral Seva Sadan family. Their dedication—often beyond what is visible to patients and families—is the foundation on which our organisation stands.
